I have known about the hair particle system in blender for a while now, but the moment that I transferred to Blender 2.5 (still in alpha) I was lost as to how I go about it. Sucks, I know.
But thanks to a genius brainwave, by yours truly, I figured it out! Yeh!
Anyway, it turns out that I needed to create a new Vertex Group and name it something like "kick in the teeth", then start to apply the weight painting...Yes alright, I know that I may be speaking in a weird dialect of Japanese, however, that is the idea!
So this is the result below! (yes I know that it doesn't look very good, but, MEH! Yes, MEH I say!
